Frequently Asked Questions

In order to shop the Convergint Promo Store, you must be a registered user. First-time shoppers will be prompted to enter information such as User Name and Password, name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. This information will default to your billing and shipping information. Once you have registered, the catalogue will remember you each time you visit.

There are two ways to shop: browse by department on the navigation bar, or use the Search box at the top of the page. Search results are presented as active, "clickable" links that connect directly with product detail pages.

To purchase an item, click on the product thumbnail. A detailed description will appear, allowing you to select quantity, size, and view current on-hand inventory. Click "Add to Cart" to save your selection. You can update or remove items at any time by clicking "View Cart."

Shopping is safe and easy:
• Browse the Convergint store and add items to your cart.
• Register or verify your shopper information.
• Select your payment method and submit.
• Print your receipt for your records.

When we receive your order, an Order Confirmation screen will be generated issuing an order number. Please print this page for future reference.

Click on the "Order History" button under "My Account." Click on the specific order number to view and print your receipt.

If an error was made by Staples, we will arrange a pickup and replacement. If you made a sizing error, contact us for a Return Authorization number. Please note: Custom imprinted or discontinued items may not be returned unless defective.

Field Colleagues and Project Managers are eligible for up to five collared uniform shirts per year. Office-based colleagues are eligible for up to three shirts per year. The Business Services team will place uniform orders through our Staples account on your behalf. Please do not purchase shirts directly and submit an expense claim, as these expenses will not be approved.
Once you have reviewed the available shirt options, please complete the appropriate form on the site linked below. Submitting the form will automatically notify the Business Services team that an order is ready to be processed. When your uniform order arrives at the CTC, you will be notified that it is ready for pick-up. https://convergintcan.sharepoint.com/sites/BS

For safety reasons, all field colleagues are required to wear 100% cotton shirts while working in the field. According to safety standards such as NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910.269, clothing containing meltable synthetic fibres — including polyester, nylon, and spandex — is not permitted for electrical work unless the garment has been specifically tested and certified as arc-rated. Wearing 100% cotton helps reduce the risk of injury in the event of an arc flash or electrical incident.

Items listed as “Drop Ship” require a minimum order quantity before they can be purchased. If you are interested in ordering one or two items from the Drop Ship list, please email conferencecanada@convergint.com. Once enough requests have been received, a bulk order will be submitted.
If your CTC would like to place a larger bulk order for sales, events, or recognition purposes, please contact conferencecanada@convergint.com. The Business Services team can place the order on your behalf using our corporate account.

Purchases are backed by our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee. A full credit (not including shipping) will be given for merchandise returned within 30 days. All returns require a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping.

We aim for your delivery to arrive within 3-4 business days from receipt of authorization notification for in-stock items.

For next-day delivery, orders must be authorized by 10:00 am EST. Rates vary for pre-9:00 am or noon delivery. Please contact Customer Care as soon as your order is placed for special instructions.

If your order hasn't been dispatched, call us at 1-855-235-1870 (Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm EST). If the order has already shipped, we will advise on the best resolution upon inquiry.

All discontinued products are considered a final sale and returns will not be accepted. Contact convergint.ca@staples.com with any specific questions.

Please report any quantity or quality discrepancies to convergint.ca@staples.com within 5 working days of delivery receipt.

Items ship within 3-4 business days. We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. For same-day rush shipping, orders must be placed by 3:00 pm Eastern Time.
